• Professor of Practice at the Department of Engineering Design, IIT Madras from March 2017 to present – Art, Aesthetics and Form Design
• Guest Faculty – Art History of Contemporary sculpture and Modern Indian Art at Government College of Fine Arts, Egmore, Chennai – 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020
• Guest faculty – Art, Aesthetics and Form Design at the Department of Engineering Design, IIT- Madras in 2005-06 and 2009 to 2017
• Assistant Professor at the Department of Fine Arts, Stella Maris College, Chennai between 2000-04, 2009-10, 2014-April 2015

• Design consultant in Aesthetics for industry- aided engineering design projects such as mobility aids, mechatronic and robotic projects
• Design Thinking Workshops and Creativity Workshops and art competitions for Air quality management, IIT Madras
• Sole assistant to Sculptor Kalasagaram Rajagopal in a dozen commissioned Portrait Sculptures (From 1987 to 1995)
• Founder Trustee, Krishna Nupur Cultural Trust in May 1995 in Madras, a registered non-profit foundation to encourage art, art therapy, craft and culture among children and challenged people
